Bradley W. Smith, Founder and Principal Consultant of Leroy Lynn, LLC, has dedicated his career to solving complex challenges and advancing technology-driven solutions. From his early years delivering newspapers at age 12—where he handled everything from delivery to payment collections—to his enlistment in the United States Air Force as a Fire Truck Mechanic, Bradley’s journey has been defined by a commitment to integrity, discipline, and continual growth.
Following his service in the Air Force, Bradley honed his technical skills at General Motors Proving Grounds, where he worked as a Ride and Handling Technician on prototype vehicles. His career took a transformative turn at age 25, when he founded Cloud Hill Interactive, a digital media company focused on Y2K database conversions, web-based training, and e-commerce solutions. This experience laid the foundation for Bradley’s expertise in digital transformation, data science, and AI. Most recently, Bradley served as Vice President of Product Management at Experian, where he was responsible for managing various product portfolios, including automotive credit, market research products, AI, and data operations.
After years of diverse roles in the tech and automotive industries, Bradley founded Leroy Lynn, LLC to help organizations navigate the complexities of data, AI, and blockchain.
